Ingredients
Yakso noodles
Yakso coconutoil
1/2 cupYakso tamari
4 garlic cloves
2 slices of ginger
2 springs-onions
Half a radish
Radishes and leaves
Four seasons of pepper
Optional: Radish sprouts
Unique recipe for delicious noodle soup. Traditional
Japanese to start your day with soup!
Preparation method:
1. Cut the noodles into 3 cm strips, place
them in cold water for 15 minutes and then drain. Meanwhile, fill a pan with 1
liter of water and place it on the heat source with the ginger slices, 2 garlic
cloves sliced and 2 crushed cloves.
2. Wash and cut the spring onion, radish
and radish into thin slices and also finely chop the leaves of the radish.
3. Add everything with the tamari,
noodles and quite a few twists of pepper. Let it all cook for 10 minutes.
4. Scoop out the ginger slices and
serve, if desired, with extra shreds of spring onion and radish sprouts on top.
You can add extra tamari or pepper to your own needs.
