Yakso BBQ Skewer

1 jar Yakso seitan
Yakso coconut oil;
1 bag Yakso Java chips
1 tablespoon Yakso sambal oelek
Yakso sateh sauce
Yakso ketjap manis
 1 bell pepper
1 eggplant
1 red onion
1 tablespoon of jinten
3 cloves of fresh garlic
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Four seasons of pepper
Bamboo sticks

The nice weather invites you to eat outside. These skewers with seitan are indispensable and irresistible. And super suitable for the BBQ!

 1. Let the seitan drain briefly in a colander. Keep the pieces coarse and marinate them in 1 tablespoon of Sambal Oelek, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Djintin and the 3 cloves of crushed fresh garlic. Leave this completely covered in the fridge for a day.

2. Wash and cut the vegetables into large pieces. Wok these vegetables briefly in the coconut oil with a lot of pepper.

3. Make creative festive skewers by alternating with a piece of marinated seitan and the briefly stir-fried vegetables. Place the skewers on the grill pan or bbq for about 10 minutes, turning them occasionally. Add a bowl of satay sauce and Java chips and 'Treat yourself Happy!'.
