Preparation method:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. After 15 minutes, moisten the pitas and place them in the middle of the oven for 3 to 4 minutes.

2. In the meanwhile, roll the seitan pieces in a little coconut oil with a lot of pepper, paprika, a pinch of salt and the freshly squeezed garlic

3. Wash and cut all vegetables into thin strips so that you can easily divide them over the sandwiches.

4. Open the wok sauce Orient, cut the hot rolls open for 3/4 and spread the sauce in both sides, place the vegetables in it. At the end you put the warm seitan in it so that it stays nice and warm and then the feast can begin!

5. Don't forget to serve a bowl of Orient and a bowl of hot sauce; always nice to be able to enjoy a little extra in the meantime.
