Yakso Pita Seitan Orient

Ingrediënten
Yakso seitan
Yakso coconut oil
Yakso hot sauce
Yakso stir-fry sauce Oriental
Pita bread rolls 
1 red onion
1 red pepper
1/4 cucumber
2 tomatoes
Bean sprouts
Lollo Rosso lettuce
2 garlic cloves
Paprika
Four seasons pepper 
A pinch of salt


What does this recipe remind you of? And to think that it's even more delicious. Easy to make and super healthy too!

Preparation method:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. After 15 min, moisten the pitas and place them in the middle of the oven for 3-4 min.

2. In the meanwhile, roll the seitan pieces in a little coconut oil with a lot of pepper, paprika, a pinch of salt and the freshly squeezed garlic

3. Wash and cut all the vegetables into narrow strips so you can spread it over the sandwiches with ease.

4. Open the stir-fry sauce Orient, cut the hot rolls 3/4 open and spread both insides with the sauce, put the vegetables inside. At the end, put in the warm seitan to keep it nice and warm and then the feast can begin!

5. Don't forget to serve a bowl of Orient and a bowl of hot sauce with it; always nice to enjoy a little extra in between.

-  Heb je niet alle groenten in huis? Maak een creatie van wat je wél hebt liggen. Zo kan je op een simpele en heerlijke manier een Seitan Oriënt pita maken, wanneer je wilt. Also try homemade whole wheat spelled pitas!
