Yakso tempeh
Yakso coconut oil
Yakso agave syrup
Mayonnaise (without egg)
Own choice luxury bread, choose your favourite!
2 spring onions
1 coarsely grated carrot
Your own choice of lettuce
8 vine tomatoes (orange)
1 yellow pepper
Garden cress
2 garlic cloves
Turmeric
Four-season pepper and a pinch of salt
Deliciously creamy and full of flavour. Not to mention a blissful lunch with a hearty base. With a soup on the side, this recipe is also highly recommended as an evening meal!
Preparation:
1. Cut the tempeh into slices and rub well with freshly pressed garlic, plenty of pepper, turmeric and a pinch of salt.

3. Meanwhile, thinly slice all the vegetables so that it is easy to spread on your luxury rolls. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with quite a bit of pepper, a teaspoon of turmeric and a dash of Agave syrup. Spread both insides of the buns with this and place the vegetables on top.
4. Heat the tempeh slices on both sides for another 1 minute on hot heat and spread them on your sandwiches. And then, of course, intensely enjoy your homemade ‘Luxury Tempeh Fillet Sandwiches’.
Tip: you can also use other vegetables to garnish the deluxe sanwiches with!
