    In addition to 'regular krupuk' based on shrimps and tapioca, there is now also a vegan krupuk! A delicious side dish for practically all your Indonesian dishes or "just" as a snack. The new krupuk is made from vegetable ingredients such as tapoica, ginger and a nice mix of herbs and vegetables. This makes it suitable for vegetarians and vegans! A perfect complement to the authentic Krupuk from Yakso made from (19%) shrimp.

    Our vegetarian krupuk is made from plant-based ingredients (such as tapoica, ginger and a nice mix of herbs and vegetables). Tapoica is the most important (basic) ingredient for the vegan krupuk. Tapoica is a dried and finely ground cassava root that has been grown in a responsible manner. Additionally, it is a very popular ingredient in Asian dishes! The vegan krupuk is baked in 100% sunflower oil, is nice and airy and a bit crispy! Extra tasty with a dip of Yakso Chili sauce.
