Deze zoete, Aziatische saus wordt veel gebruikt als marinade of glazuur voor vlees. Of als toevoeging bij roerbakgerechten. Onze vegetarische hoisin saus is o.a. gemaakt van bruine rijst, miso, kombu (zeewier), shiitakes, specerijen, sesam en knoflook.
Tip: delicious with Yakso basmati rice, Yakso seitan, tofu or jackfruit. Or as a dipping sauce with your spring roll (made with Yakso rice paper).
