Peanut sauce spring rolls

Ingredients:


Tofu & marinade:

- 1 el Yakso shoyu

- 1 el Yakso hoisin

- 1 el Yakso hot sauce

- - 500g Yakso tofu


Rice paper & toppings:

- - Yakso rice paper

- avocado

- carrots

- bell pepper

-- Yakso rice vermicelli


Peanut sauce:

- peanut butter

Yakso shoyu


Preparation:

1. Cut the tofu into thin strips and mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu with the marinade until golden brown.

2. Cook the rice vermicelli according to the instructions on the packet, rinse briefly with cold water and drain well.

3. Pour lukewarm water onto a plate or into a flat dish and dip each rice sheet into it until it just begins to soften. Place the rice paper on a clean surface and spread some tofu, rice vermicelli and vegetables over it. Fold the sides inwards and roll the sheet tightly into a spring roll.

4. Finally, mix all the ingredients for the peanut sauce until smooth and dilute with a dash of water if necessary.
